During your stay, there may e.v.t. be problems with the Internet, electricity, gas or water connection. Read here how you can help us.
Internet connection
If there are problems with the WIFI, we can check online what's going on and remotely reboot the modem if necessary. Please don't go changing settings in the modem yourself.
Send us a whatsapp if there are problems with the WIFI via the whatsapp button at the bottom right.
Electricity connection
If the power has gone out, you can check if a fuse has blown. The fuse box can be found in the wardrobe in the bedroom with the double bed. See photos below for the location of the fuse box.
If a fuse has blown, it is down. Put all fuses back up.
If this fails, call 0224237666.
You can close the gas connection if you smell gas. You can find this on the left outside of the chalet. See photos below for the location of the gas connection.
Then call 0224237666 for help.
Water connection
If there is a leak, you can turn off the water tap. You can find this at the back of the chalet.
Then call 0224237666.
Add webapp to your home screen

- Click on "Add to home screen."
- Click on the "Add" button.
- The web app is now on your home screen.
